Arriving on Time/Session Length

You understand you must arrive early for any appointment in order to get the full session time scheduled. If you arrive on time, or late, you understand the therapist con only give you whatever time remains of your appointment, and then you will pay for the full length session that you booked.

You understand that in order for you to receive the best massage therapy possible, you know that you have to communicate ANYTHING and everything, including your needs, preferences, requests or feedback, at anytime before, during, or after your massage. You take it upon yourself to communicate right away if there is anything distracting you or if you fell unwell or uncomfortable at any time during the session so that adjustments can be made. You understand that the therapist wants you HONEST feedback - positive or negative - and doesn't take offense to it.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

If you are not able to make your scheduled appointment, you agree to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 24 hours in advance or you agree to pay a $35 cancellation fee.

You agree to pay the full session rate if you give two hours notice or less, or if you missed the appointment without giving notice.

​

If, within 24 hours of your session, you develop a contagious illness, or have a sudden, unplanned health or personal emergency rendering you unable to make the appointment, you will inform Fairway Advantage Massage right away, you will pay the cancellation fee, or session fee, unless an exception is granted, only at the discretion of Fairway Advantage Massage.

You understand that you are still responsible for your appointment until you hear back from a staff member confirming they received the request to cancel/reschedule the appointment.
